Step 1
In a small pan over medium heat, add the mushrooms and cook down the mushrooms and onions with 1 tbsp of butter. Cook for around 2-3 minutes.

Add the garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds then add the other 1 tbsp of butter and flour. Mix well to combine.

Pour in the beef stock and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Season with dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire.

Step 4
In a small pot over medium heat, add some oil and heat to 350 F. Fry cooked white or brown rice until golden brown, around 4-5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, thinly sliced green onions, lemon juice, and crispy rice. Mix well.

In a bowl, add ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well and form into 2 even patties.

In a large pan over medium high heat, add a splash of oil and add the patties once the pan is hot. Cook for around 2-3 minutes then flip. Add a slice of American cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Cut your Hawaiian rolls in half and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides.

In a separate pan over low heat, add your Hawaiian rolls mayo-side down and toast for around 2 minutes and remove.

In a new or same pan, add a splash of oil and cook 2 eggs sunny side up. Remove from heat.

To put the burger together, spread some crispy rice mayo on one side of the toasted Hawaiian roll and place the cooked patty on top of the bun. Add a generous amount of the mushroom gravy and top off with the crispy sunny side up egg. Enjoy!
