1 Tbspfresh parsley
2 Tbspolive oil
50mlwhite wine
100mlheavy cream
Steak
1rib eye steak
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
2 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspsunflower oil
1clove garlic
1 stemrosemary

Instructions
Prawns
Step 1
Chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and set the heat to medium-high. Then add the garlic and fry for approx. 30 seconds.
Step 3
Now add the prawns and fry for 2 minutes until they are pink. Then season with salt, pepper and chili.
Step 4
Now add the white wine and simmer until it has largely reduced.
Step 5
Now add the cream and parsley and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
Steak
Step 6
Massage the olive oil, salt and pepper into both sides of the steak.
Step 7
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and set the heat to high. Place the steak in the pan and fry for 2 mins.
Step 8
Now turn the steak and add the butter, rosemary and garlic. Fry the steak again for 2 minutes, pouring the melted butter over the steak again and again.
Sandwich
Step 9
Finely chop the garlic, parsley and thyme.
Step 10
Add the herbs, garlic and spices to the butter and mix well.
Step 11
Cut the bread roll in half and spread both halves generously with the herb butter.
Step 12
Reheat the pan in which the steak was fried and place the bread halves in it. Fry until they are crispy and golden brown.

Cover the bottom half of the bread with the steak, prawns and sauce.
Step 14
Then grate the Parmesan over it.
Step 15
Finally, top with the other bread juices and enjoy!
