Instructions
Step 1
Batter: Place all batter ingredients on a large mixing bowl. Beat well for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13” pan (or use stoneware - no need to grease). Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes (clean toothpick).
Step 2
Frosting: In a small saucepan, mix sugar, milk and butter. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil one minute. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate chips and mix until melted and well-blended. Pour over cake. Let stand or refrigerate until frosting hardens.
Step 3
Option: bake in a jelly roll (15x10”) pan for more of a brownie (easier to serve a crowd)
Step 4
Hint: Set timer for 5 minutes so you can time it without a fuss.
