Step 1
In a bowl combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder and vanilla. Mix well, add 3 egg yolks and mix again until combined. Add a bit of milk ( about 100ml), and mix until combined. In a saucepot bring to a boil(but don't boil) the rest of the milk and start to add the cornstarch mixture( in a thin stream). Whisk vigorously until everything is well combined. Work quickly to prevent lumps. Once the pudding has thickened, remove it from the heat, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add about 1tbsp Nutella to each ramekin. (You can warm up Nutella a bit by placing the bottle in a bowl with hot water).
Step 3
Add pudding, cover with cling film and transfer them to the fridge for 4 hours minimum.
Step 4
When the pudding has firmed, decorate it with strawberry and mint and enjoy!
