Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275° F and line a baking sheet with foil. Brush with 1/2 a tablespoon of oil
Step 2
Place filets skin-side down on sheet.
Step 3
Mix oil, thyme, and zest and spread evenly over filets. Season with salt and pepper and allow to absorb flavors 10 minutes.
Step 4
Bake for 15-18 minutes and serve with lemon.
