Meditation Tea
This recipe is meant to be consumed hot, as inhaling the vapours is part of their magical properties. Keep the mixture sealed in airtight containers until you're ready to use it. Add one heaping tablespoon to a mug of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for 5 - 10 minutes depending on your strength preferences. Strain and enjoy!
