Step 2
Pound cinnamon and ginger in a mortar. Cut the ginger and add all into the boiling water.

Step 3
Leave the ginger and cinnamon in the boiling water to soak for 10 minutes. Then strain the water in your cup and add two teaspoons of honey to it. Enjoy!
