Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F

Peel apples and chop into small cubes
Step 3
Add lemon juice, cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon to apples and combine

In a separate bowl add dry ingredients for crumble mixture and combine well

Add butter and vanilla and mix
Step 6
Add apple filling to two small ramekins
Step 7
Top each ramekin with an equal amount of crumble mixture

Bake for 25-30 minutes

Let cool, serve with ice cream/whipped cream and enjoy!
