1 poundshrimp
peeled/deveined

1 tsppaprika

½ tspsalt

½ tsppepper

olive oil

4cloves garlic
minced

1 cupveggie broth
or chicken

¾ cupfull fat coconut milk

¼ cupmustard
I used yellow and dijon

3 Tbsphoney

2 Tbspbalsamic

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tsppaprika

1 Tbspdill

½ tsppepper

1 Tbspcapers

Step 1
Season the shrimp with paprika, salt and pepper. Heat a skillet (I used cast iron) over medium high head, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side. **Spread out the shrimp, and cook in batches if need be.** Remove shrimp and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Add a generous drizzle olive oil to the pan, add the garlic, stirring constantly, and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broth, coconut milk, mustard, honey, balsamic and lemon juice. Whisk to combine. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the liquid has reduced by about half. Whisking every few minutes.
Step 3
Add the dill, capers and pepper to the pan. Add the shrimp back to the pan and toss in the sauce. Cook for about 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and top with hot sauce, dill and chives if using.
