Savory Date + Pistachio Bites

1 step
Prep:10min
These are an easy, portable snack to bring along to work or school; I like to pair them with some extra protein as well (like pasture-raised hardboiled eggs). Nutrition: Dates: Dates are a great source of flavonoids (antioxidants) that reduce inflammation + fiber Pistachios: a source of unsaturated fat, fiber, and minerals keep your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol in check.
