Instructions
Making Crepes batter
Step 1
* Bring all ingredients to room temperature, this will help prevent any clumps in the crepe batter
Step 2
* In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Slowly sift in flour using a fine mesh strainer; whisk until no clumps remain.
Making the Crepes

* Preheat a medium, non-stick fry pan or crepe pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and tilt to distribute batter evenly. Cook on the first side until edges turn golden brown; turn and cook on the second side for 30 seconds. Remove from pan and stack onto a plate
Assembling the Crepes
Step 4
Spread or drizzle Nutella onto the warm crepe, fold into quarters or roll it up. Top it with favorite fruits. Enjoy!
