Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, put in the ruffled fat, black pepper, salt, chopped onion and 800ml water. Boil for 25 minutes in a medium heat.
Step 2
Pat dry the ruffled fat and let cool. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Deep fry the ruffled fat until golden brown. It will get crispier as it cools down.
Step 3
Serve with desired sauce (recommended: vinegar with chili).
