Instructions
Step 1
Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Dip half a munchkin into chocolate and then dip that into shredded coconut to create the gnomes bearded face. Place on parchment paper so that the face part is upright and facing you. Repeat with remaining munchkins. Let dry. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and color with red food coloring. Dip six cones m (pointy end) into the red chocolate but stop about a 1/4 from rim of cone. Let dry. Melt the last 1/2 cup of chocolate and color with green food coloring. Dip the remaining six cones (pointy end) in the green chocolate, stopping a 1/4 way from rim and let dry. Fill inside of each cone half way with fluff. Then fill remaining half with peanut butter. Melt the last 1/2 cup of white chocolate and dip the open end of the cone into the white chocolate to create the white brim around what will be the gnomes hat. Immediately place the cone (pointy side up) on top of the munchkin so that you see the beard and it is facing you. Let harden. Then, using leftover melted chocolate, secure a butterscotch chip to the face just below the rim of the cone to create the gnomes nose.
