1 x 240gCan Cooked Chickpeas
Drained and Rinsed

Instructions
Step 1
Fries: Cut the potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Pour over spices and olive oil and mix well. Line on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Step 2
Salad: Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Step 3
Serve: Place fries in a bowl. Top with the salad, vegan feta, tahini and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
