Hot honey
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tomatoes in a ramekin, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Roast tomatoes for 15-20, until soft and bubbly.
2. Toast a slice of sourdough bread. Spread on cottage cheese or ricotta. Top with avocado slices, then roasted tomatoes.
3. Garnish with fresh basil, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with hot honey.
