Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Cut tips off corn; discard. Stand corn upright in lg. bowl. Scrape kernels, liquid, & pulp from cobs into bowl; discard cobs.
Step 2
Add milk, eggs, sugar, flour, & salt. Whisk just until blended.
Step 3
Pour butter into 2-qt. baking dish, swirling to coat bottom & sides. Pour corn mixture into dish.
Step 4
Bake (60-70 min.) until lightly browned.
