Instructions
Step 1
Cook carrots in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until fork tender. Drain. In a sauté pan melt the butter. Add the carrots to the butter and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the brown sugar and salt. Sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the the pancake syrup. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
