Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Cast Iron skillet on the grill. Add olive oil, chopped peppers and onions.
Step 2
Add Steak Ums once veggies are getting soft. After adding steak ums, put buns on the grill to lightly toast.
Step 3
Put ech bun in foil so the fillings dont fall through. Add meat, veggies, and top with cheese. Close grill until cheese is melted.
