Step 1
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add strawberries and sugar. Mix well until the strawberries have broken down and the mix begins to boil. Strain to remove the seeds and set aside.
Step 2
Make the brownies according to the box instructions. Fold in white chocolate chips at the end.
Step 3
Pour into a lined and greased 9x9 pan.
Step 4
Drizzle a small amount the strawberry purée over the top of the batter. Swirl with a knife to make any desired designs.
Step 5
Bake according to the box’s instructions. It may take more time with the addition of the puree. So use that time as a reference and bake until an inserted knife comes out clean.

Let cool completely at room temperature.
Step 7
Leaving the brownies in the pan, layer with the halved strawberries.
Step 8
Place the chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl. Place the cream in a microwave safe container and microwave until steaming, but NOT boiling. About 1-1:30.
Step 9
Pour heated cream over the chips and let sit for 1 minute. Then mix until fully incorporated and creamy. Pour over the top of the strawberries and carefully spread until the top is fully covered.
Step 10
Let set in the fridge for at least an hour, ideally overnight, before cutting.
