Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius.
Step 2
Put potatoes in large, shallow baking tray, add chicken pieces & sausages.
Step 3
Arrange about 4 sprigs of rosemary among the chicken & sausages, then finely chop the needles of another 2 sprigs, to give about 2 teaspoons of finely chopped needles, sprinkle onto the chicken pieces.
Step 4
Zest lemon over everything, season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with oil & bake for 50-60 minutes, or until chicken skin and sausages are golden and potato pieces are cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with soft polenta & broccolini or roast carrots.
