Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and then cook them in boiling and salted water. You choose whether you want to leave the skin or or not. If you don't, remove it before cooking the potatoes
Step 2
While the potatoes get cooked, cut the cheese into thin slices and put them on a plate
Step 3
Once the potatoes are cooked: - if you have a raclette device, switch it on, put a slice or two on the squared recipient, insert it in the device and let it melt. If you don't: put a few slices of cheese into a plate and microwave it for about 1min
Step 4
While the cheese is melting, put in your plate how much cold meat you want. Also add a potatoe or two to star with. Then retrieve the cheese and spread on top of the potato. Enjoy!
Step 5
Repeat step 3 and 4 as long as you are hungry
