Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°F

2. Add the chicken to a sheetpan. Cut slits into each of the chicken breasts, about an inch apart, do not cut all the way through. Slicecabout 3/4 of the way through.

3. Spread 1/2 tbsp mustard on each breast.
Step 4
place a little ham and cheese slice in each pocket using it evenly between all the chicken.
Step 5
4. To a small saucepan add the butter, breadcrumbs , and salt and pepper. Toast 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden brown. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken, between the ham and cheese.

5. Bake until the chicken is cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes.
