Instructions
Step 1
Cut each potato lengthwise into thirds, cut each portion into thirds.
Step 2
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the melted butter, oil and seasoned salt.
Step 3
Add potatoes and shake to coat.
Step 4
Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until tender, turning once.
