Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Step 2
Peel your potatoes and cut them in thin rectangles.
Step 3
Place a potato rectangle between two sticks and cut it vertically on the one side, then turn around and cut it diagonally. Repeat this on all rectangles.
Step 4
Mix in a bowl olive oil, soy sauce, red bell pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and garlic.
Step 5
Place the potato rectangles on a baking sheet and brush olive oil on both sides.
Step 6
Bake the potatoes for 30-45min in the oven. ENJOY!✨
