or Smart Balance

3 cupsall-purpose gluten-free flour
I like gluten-free flour Not all gluten-free flours are created equal You may experience different baking results depending on the gluten-free flour blend you choose Bob's Red Mill 1 for 1 and King Arthur Measure for Measure state on their website and/or package that their blends are not recommended for yeast baking

1 teaspoonsalt

1 ½ teaspoonsxanthan gum
leave out if your flour already has it in it

1 ¾ teaspoonsrapid yeast
I use Bread Machine Instant Yeast

Step 1
- Pamela's gf all purpose or artesian bread is best!! I add ground flax 1/4 c, and optional-(add monk fruit powder 1 small scoop if you want sweet bread). plant based butter works well, I like hemp seed milk and coconut milk as my milk alternatives
Step 2
may need to scrap the edges during mixing
Step 3
I use the express ( one mix cycle ) bc gf bread gets dense the more you mix it
