No Knead Buns
Here’s a simple no knead bread anyone can make, ideal for IC-friendly hamburger buns!

Instructions
Step 1
Blend yeast with warm milk.
Step 2
With wooden spoon, stir in melted butter, sugar, flour, & salt until dough is tacky in texture. Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour.
Step 3
Gently punch down the risen dough (one time only). Remove from bowl and shape into 8 balls, all placed on baking pan. Cover again and allow to rise for another hour.
Step 4
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
Notes:
Step 5
Nitrile gloves are food-safe and ideal for working with dough.
Step 6
Dough can also be separated into 16 smaller balls for making dinner rolls.
