Instructions

Step 1
add flour to a bowl, add sugar and salt to on side of bowl and yeast to the other. Mix some flour into the separate piles before mixing all together
Step 2
add wet ingredients to flour mixture and gently stir until combined.
Step 3
smooth dough surface and cover bowl with cling film
Step 4
let dough proof for 1 hour. Or until dough has doubled in size
Step 5
add raisins and cinnamon to dough and mix gently until evenly placed
Step 6
scoop dough out of bowl and place in baking tray, form into a log and cover with cling film and let dough proof for a further 30 mins
Step 7
take cling film off and brush the surface of dough with melted butter
Step 8
bake for 20-25mins at 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit) or until golden brown and cooked through
Step 9
Use a skewer or fork to pierce middle of bread, skewer should come out mostly clean
