Instructions
Step 1
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting to (but not through) the other side. Place onion tops in boiling water for 1 minute; remove and cool. Cut into thin strips 8 to 10 inches long. Set aside. Mix mustard and Worcestershire sauce till blended.
Step 2
For each bundle, lay on shrimp, butterflied side down, over mushroom cap stem-side down. Tie onion strip around bundle to secure shrimp. Brush bottom sides of bundles with mustard mixture. Place in a 12x7 1/2x2-inch baking dish. Brush tops with mustard-mixture. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Step 3
Place bundles on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes or just till shrimp is cooked. Serve hot.
