This is great for the frigid midwestern winters. Many things can be tweaked in this recipe. I believe the original recipe called for Ditalini pasta instead of elbows.

1. Pour in the whole bag of frozen meatballs into your crockpot.
2. Pour the following into the crockpot as well: Crushed Tomatoes Tomato Sauce Beef Broth Onion Celery Carrots Italian Seasoning Pepper 3. Stir all the ingredients in the pot together and cover.
4. Cook on low for 6-8hrs or cook on high for 3-4hrs.
5. Stir in the DRY pasta 30 mins before the time is done if cooking on Low. If cooking on high stir in the DRY pasta 15 mins before the time is done. 6. Let the pasta cook the remaining of the time in the crockpot.
7. Once the time is done, scoop into a bowl and enjoy. ***My family enjoys cheesy, garlic bread on the side with this. ***
