Instructions

Step 1
Beat the sugar and butter together
Step 2
Add in the flour, eggs, baking powder and vanilla
Step 3
Bake for 20-25mins
Step 4
Wait to cool and cut the middle of the cupcake out
Step 5
Fill a piping bag with jam to your desired taste
Step 6
Put the top of the cupcakes back on

Buttercream

Step 7
Mix the butter and icing sugar with 3tbsp on water
Step 8
Pipe on the cupcakes
Step 9
Add freeze dried fruit
