Preparing meat
Step 1
Boil the pork belly with green onion and garlic for 30mins

Poke holes on the skin part

Cut the meat part and scrub salt, pepper and ur favorite seasoning

Leave it in the fridge (uncovered) for at least 6hours

Cover the outer parts with aluminum foil and brush vinegar on the skin part and cover with salt

Bake at 200 ℃ for 30mins

Scrape the salt, brush vinegar and bake for another 20mins
