Step 1
π« In a saucepan half-filled with water, place a glass bowl. Put the chocolate in the glass container and melt over medium heat.

π« Stir gently with a wooden spatula. Add the butter and keep stirring. Don't incorporate air!!

π« Remove from the heat, add the yolks.
Step 4
π« Sift the icing sugar over the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Step 5
π« Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours so that the chocolate gets harder.
Step 6
π« Use a spoon to create small bowls and roll them in the cocoa powder.
Step 7
π« Keep in a Tupperware or tin and eat in the next couple of days (or all at once π€)
