Healthy, High Protein Greek Chicken Pizzas

Ingredients
4 servings
For the chicken

1.25 poundschicken breasts
cut into bite size pieces

1 tspLemon pepper
to taste

salt
to taste

garlic powder
to taste

¼ cuplemon juice

1 Tbspolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and a light spray of nonstick spray.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Allow to marinate while you prepare your pizza crust.
Step 3
3. Brush all 4 pitas with the olive oil and place in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the pita bread is a little golden around the edges.
Step 4
4. Prepare each pizza with (1) 1/4 cup tzatziki (2) 1/4 of the sautéed spinach (3) 5 oz. cooked chicken (4) 1 oz. feta (5) 1/4 of the lemon zest and (6) fresh dill to taste.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
