Instructions
Step 1
Clean and pat dry wings with a paper towel, removing any excess water.
Step 2
Transfer chicken wings to a large mixing bowl or ziploc bag.
Step 3
Drizzle wings with olive oil and add in the spices; 1 tbsp lemon pepper, 1 tbsp Cajun powder, onion powder, garlic. powder, and salt. Shake until combined well.
Step 4
Add in baking powder and shake until combined again.
Step 5
Coat your air fryer in cooking spray and Air fry wings on 390 for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 6
While chicken is cooking, melt 1 stick of butter and combine 1 tbsp lemon pepper and lemon juice.
Step 7
Drizzle the mix on to cooked chicken.
Step 8
Toss and enjoy.
