Chashu is Japanese roasted pork. I cook Chashu and store it in the fridge. I can cut them and cook salad, stir-fry, fried rice, and ramen. For the chashu recipe, search "Chashu and Miso Mustard Sauce" in the whisk. Please check my TikTok (@kuritomo) and my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking)!
