Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine mozzarella, dill, coriander, salt, pepper and garlic granules.
Step 2
Place 2 tortillas on a cling film by overlapping, then add another 2 to create a second row so you get a sheet.
Step 3
Place the mozzarella mixture in a line, close to one side of the tortilla sheet. Roll once away from you to cover the filling, then flip the sides of the roll to the middle. Finish rolling.
Step 4
Mix olive oil with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place tortilla roll into the air fryer, brush with olive mixture and air fry at 190C for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Step 6
