Instructions
Step 1
Soak chicken in very warm water with Kosher salt for 20 minutes. Prepare gravy while chicken is brining. When you remove chicken pat it dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Prepare gravy by adding one can of cream of chicken soup, package of dry chicken gravy mix, and 1/2 cup broth in baking dish. Whisk until well blended.
Step 3
Pour enough of the mixture into baking dish to cover the bottom well. Place chicken in dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add another layer of gravy.
Step 4
Bake chicken for 20 minutes at 450°
Step 5
Serve over rice
