Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in water & bring to boil
Step 2
Add flour & salt and cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Turn into food processor bowl, add eggs & process for 1 minute
Step 4
Spoon onto greased baking tray in 8" ring & sprinkle with almonds
Step 5
Bake at 220ºC 325f GM7 for 30 minutes
Step 6
Cool, split in half
Step 7
Blend whipped cream, Icing sugar & brandy and fold in sliced strawberries
Step 8
Fill choux ring & replace top, sprinkle with dusting of sieved Icing sugar
