Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Place Boursin in the center of a 9x13 baking dish. Add sun-dried tomatoes around it followed by the orzo and chicken broth.
Step 3
Season to taste with salt and, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Step 4
Add in spinach and top with meatballs.
Step 5
Cover tightly with tin foil and bake 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove foil and stir then bake uncovered another 10-15 minutes until orzo is cooked.
Step 7
Finish with fresh basil and serve.
