Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the steak with the little salt, little all spice and marinate for an hour before starting frying.
Step 2
Put a butter & oil in a pot and start shallow frying the steak over a medium heat with flipping it on both sides until it is cooked and turns brown without making it dry (approx 3 minutes each side).
Step 3
Add the garlic sauté for a minute with the steak then add water, lemon juice and the remaining spices to the pot
Step 4
In a 1/4 cup of water, mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch then add it to the pot. leave the sauce to simmer on a low heat for about 40 to 60 minutes.
Step 5
The steak is removed directly from the pot and placed in the plates with baked potato wedges (or mashed potato) and pour the sauce over it.
