½ tspsalt

¼ tspground black pepper

4 Tbspbrown sugar

1 ½ tspcayenne pepper
1 3/4 tsp if adding ground turkey and sausage

⅓ cupyellow mustard

16 ozbacon

3bell peppers
1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange
2 ozBaked Beans cans
Country Style, or Maple Cured Bacon
3Chili Beans Pinto with chili pepper onion & garlic cans

2 tspWorcestershire sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 2
Dice the raw bacon
Step 3
Slice the bell peppers
Step 4
Cook bacon in large frying pan on medium heat until cooked "floppy." You do not want them cooked crispy -- some of the bacon should start to brown around the edges.
Step 5
Add bell peppers to the pan with bacon and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Finish cooking by reducing heat to low for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
In a very large mixing bowl, add all of the beans (do NOT drain).
Step 7
Add all mustard, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper to bowl with beans.
Step 8
Drain grease from frying pan.
Step 9
Add bacon and bell peppers to bowl with beans.
Step 10
Mix everything together and then pour into large deep baking pan.
Step 11
Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
