Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, butter, pumpkin and eggs. Beat at med speed until well mixed.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat until combined. Do not over mix.
Step 3
Pour into jelly roll baking pan lightly greased or lined with parchment paper
Step 4
Bake for 20-25minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and frost

Frosting

Step 5
Beat 6 oz cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cups powdered sugar. Frost cooled bars.
