Instructions
Step 1
Cook the fruit on the stove until it's bubbly and mushy.
Step 2
Turn off heat.
Step 3
Mash it with a whisk or potato masher
Step 4
Add lemon juice and sweetener until you get the flavor you like, then add Chia.
Step 5
Let sit and thicken for a few minutes, if it isn't thick enough, add more Chia.
Step 6
Place in a jar and keep in the fridge.
