These Fluffy Tomato breads are simple to make and perfect for any occasion. Eat as is or you can make as sandwiches , use as burger buns or even fill with falafel .

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut the ends off of 4 Roma tomatoes then blend in a blender until smooth . Now strain out the seeds over a sieve and pour the tomato pulp into a large bowl

Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp instant yeast then mix to combine . Now add the flour a little first then mix then add the rest with the salt and mix until it starts to come together . Now add olive oil and oregano and knead until smooth . Cover with a damp tea towel and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place

Step 3
Punch down the dough divide into eight then roll into balls and use a rolling pin to roll into circles about the size of a pitta bread . Put on a baking tray and cover for another hour .
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 150 c 300 f and optionally you can brush the tips with water and sprinkle seeds then bake for 15 minutes and enjoy
