Instructions
Step 1
- Mix flour, yeast and 3tbsp olive oil together. Gradually add 175ml water.

Step 2
- Knead the dough, once it becomes sticky, on a lightly oiled work surface for 6-8 min. You want it to be smooth and elastic!
Step 3
- Leave to proof in. A lightly oiled bowl for 1 hour
Step 4
- Punch down the dough and knead briefly, shape into a rectangle and put onto a lightly oiled worksheet. Leave to puff up for another 30 min.

Step 5
- Use your fingers to make dimples and top I with any topping you like!
Step 6
- Bake for 20min on 220C
