Instructions

Step 1
Use kitchen roll to pat the meat dry so that it will sear more evenly and to reduce oil splatter. Season the meat with salt and pepper and rub the surface with oil or butter. Then set aside for 30 minutes so that it reaches room temperature.
Step 2
Place the pan on the front right zone. When it beeps, put the meat in the pan. The menu is set to the guided default power level and target temperature but you can adjust them both according to your preference.
Step 3
Turn the meat over to reach the desired level of browning. Insert the food sensor into the thickest part of the meat. The induction hob indicates the core temperature of the food until the target temperature has been reached. The menu is set to the guided default target temperature but you can adjust it according to your preference.
Step 4
The hob will beep when it has reached the desired temperature. You can decide when to finish cooking.
Step 5
After it has been cooked, leave the meat to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving or slicing. Enjoy your meal with a sauce and side dishes.
Step 6
Tap "Send to Induction" to start cooking.
