Personal Pizza for a Pair!

A simple but delicious pizza dough for two small personal pie sized pizzas! I live at about 8000ft in elevation and this was baked in my toaster oven.

Instructions

Step 1
1 ☆ Warm the water to about 110°F. Do not go more than 120°F as yeast can die around 130°F or more.

2 ☆ Mix water & sugar until well dissolved. Stir in yeast. Leave it to bloom & proof for about 5-15 minutes.

3 ☆ After yeast is "foamy" stir in olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp of butter, seasonings, & flour. Stir until it forms a dough.

4 ☆ Knead dough on floured surface until it no longer feels tacky, is smooth, & is see-through but intact when a small portion of a the dough is pinched & stretched.

6 ☆ After dough has risen, punch down to release any air bubbles. Split into two balls & roll bouth out to about 1/4in in thickness. Preheat oven.

7 ☆ Spoon & spread sauce. Top with mozzarella or pizza blend shredded cheese and/or desired toppings. Bake in toaster oven at 450°F for about 9-10mins or until cheese & crust appears lightly toasted.

Brush crust with melted butter. Slice, serve, & enjoy!
