Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken with half a bag of menudo mix, and everyday seasonings
Step 2
Add thawed bacas chilies to blender, a heaping tbsp of flour, rest of menudo mix, and salt
Step 3
Add a cup of chicken broth to the blender, cover for 3 minutes
Step 4
Heat pan with 2 tbsp of oil and add the red chili mix
Step 5
Simmer on low for 5 minutes while continuously stirring, add 2 more cups of broth
Step 6
Shred the chicken and add to the chili, simmer for 15 minutes and serve with tortillas
