Instructions
Step 1
Fry the chorizo until crisp then transfer to a plate. Chop the onions and fry in the chorizo juice, add the paprika and chilli once onions have softened
Step 2
Add in the tomatoes, peppers, chickpeas and butter beans and water, add the chorizo back in, let simmer until thickened slightly
Step 3
Once cooled portion into tubs and add in the raw chopped cod. Completely cover the cod, then top with mixed herbs
