Instructions

Step 1
Using a larger pot melt butter. Once melted slowly stir in flour and heat on low for 3min. Slowly stir in chicken stock and add seasoning then raise heat making sure to stir to prevent burning. Using a seperate pan, add 1 tbs of butter and sautee onions until soft. Then add onions, brocolli, carrots, and celerery and cook for 20min. Next, pour in half and half and stir in cheese. Cook on low for another 20min and serve.
